If you would like to book the hall for partys or games at Tynecatle and Murrayfield then please contact us and will see what we can do.
Opening day will be held on Saturday 16th April at 2pm. It will be followed by a meal. Please add names to sheet on notice board.
The annual general meeting will take place on Monday 28th February 2011 at 7pm.
The green will close on Saturday 9th October at 2:30pm with the secretary versus the treasurer match. The game will be followed by a meal(£5/head). If you like to play please add your name to the notice on the board.
This year the presentation of prizes will take place after the meal follewed by a cabaret.
The Hospice pairs will now be played as an invitation event. One GM member plus non member. It's sponsored event with with entry money going to the hospice.

The Priestly invitation Pairs Saturday 22nd August. One GM member and one from another club. It is a round robin with a start time and the draw being posted nearer the time. Pelsea add your name to the sheet on the notice board.
Clint Cassidy is our mens club champion after beating Alan Brown in the final. Congratulations Clint.

The Championship semi finals will tak place on Sunday 25th July at 5:30 pm.

The Junior pair will be playing at Ayr on Tuesday 27th July. It is a round robin compition with the first game starting at 9:30am.
The 1st and 2nd 16 game against Sighthill has been rearranged for Monday 19th July.

Quick update:
All league fixtures are now up-to-date. All league tables for the Water of Leith and West Edinburgh teams can be found here. The Water of Leith Fixtures and results can be found here. The west of Edinburgh can be found here. The rink results for the WOL 1st 16 can be found here, I am still waiting to get the 2nd 16 results to add to this.
A new feature for this season is a PDF for the WOL teams and West Edinburgh teams that includes the fixture, results and league table. The WOL will be availbale shortly and the west Edinburgh can be download here.
I am still waiting to get the pictures from Colin Chisholm's show at the club. They should be on the site at some point over the next couple of weeks.
A quick update on how the junior section are doing.
The Junior section are doing very well at the moment and are currently joint second in the league after winning 3 out of their 4 games so far.
Congratulations to John and his partner Laura on the birth of a their baby boy, born on the 30/04/10 at 10:30am, at 8Â lb 9 oz. Both are well.

A list is on the noticeboard for all members who wish to be considered for selection for either or both of the Water of Leith BA (WOL 1st and 2nd 16) and West Edinburgh BA (WEBA 16) league teams please place your name on this sheet along with a tick or ticks under the team or teams you wish to be considered for.
Please tick all columns if you wish to be considered to play for both the WOL (1st 16 or 2nd 16) and the WEBA 16 at the same time.
Please add your name to this list if you are prepared to play occasionally to cover for players on holidays, shift-workers and add the word “sub†beside your tick.
